Festive Buzz at Fig & Honey

It’s that lively time of year again at Fig & Honey. December brings a flurry of parties, beautiful menus, and the joy of seeing people gather to celebrate — and we absolutely love being part of it. A huge thank-you to all of our customers!


We were especially pleased to supply Andy and the team at Vicon with a Christmas lunch this week. It was such a lovely event to cater for, and the menu felt wonderfully seasonal.


On the Menu:

Venison & Berry Stew - made with venison from a local farm and delicious berries. Turkey Tagine - We can’t resist a bit of Middle Eastern spicing at Christmas. Think apricots and preserved lemons - delicious! We also had panettone Tiramisu, Salads, Gingerbread Brownies with Praline Cream and much more (photos below!).


We’re keeping our doors open until 20th December, so there’s still time to squeeze in those last festive orders before we pack away the pans and switch off the ovens. After that, the whole family is escaping down to Cornwall for a week for some sea air and family time.


In the meantime, Pippa has been listening to the Reith Lectures and contemplating how to make the world a better place — light holiday pondering, as you do.
